All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and should arrive within 10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

5. Damages and Lost Packages

PackEase™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
